Bella Maioriello BSN, RN
Bella Maioriello BSN, RN career has taken her through every layer of healthcare operations. She started as an OR circulating RN, where she developed her clinical foundation in surgical care. From there, she transitioned into running her husband's two neurosurgical practices, where she handled everything: nursing, pre-authorization for surgeries, billing and claims, and all HR operations.
Managing two neurosurgical practices taught Bella how healthcare actually works behind the scenes. She learned to negotiate insurance contracts, fight through pre-authorization denials, navigate the complexities of surgical billing and reimbursement, and manage the constant tension between providing excellent patient care and keeping practices financially viable. She saw how insurance companies structure their systems, where revenue gets lost in the process, and why even well run practices struggle to collect what they have earned.
Her years managing every aspect of practice operations from the clinical side to the business side gave her a perspective most people in healthcare never get: she understands both what it takes to deliver care and what it takes to sustain the business that makes that care possible.
Today, Bella uses that hard earned knowledge to help physicians and surgeons collect the revenue they have rightfully earned. She knows how to navigate the systems, fight the under payments, and recover the money that most practices don't even realize they are missing because she's done it herself, and she knows exactly where to look and how to help you recover it.
